Qualified as a Level 3 Master Personal Trainer and a BSC in Sports Science. I have ten years of experience in the fitness industry and having spent the last ten years in London successfully running my own personal training business I have now relocated back to my roots to join Core PT.

I have the ability to combine all my knowledge together to help you reach your goal. Core pt by Steph take great pride and passion in what we do and bring this to our sessions to provide the best service possible for our clients.

I specialise in pre/post natal training, weight loss and HIIT and marathon training. Having worked with many clients over the last ten years and different clientele I take great care, pride and passion in helping clients achieve there goals whatever they may be.

Sport & Nutrition

I love health and fitness and create my exercise and nutrition plans to give people the knowledge they need to get fit and healthy without faddy diets or going hungry and to go onto leading a healthy balanced lifestyle.

Physical Therapy

Having had years of experience in Athletics from the age of ten and representing the North of England as a teenager, I have taken what I experienced myself through training.

Steph is such an experienced personal trainer who knows exactly how to get the most out of me from every session. She has recently designed a number of interval sessions for me that can be done in only 30 minutes but give me such a great work out. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for great results and a really friendly, experienced PT!
